The Irish Summer Camp is an opportunity to experience Gaeilge and the spoken word by engaging in a range of fun activities. The focus is on speaking Gaeilge for the week. Every encouragement is given to students to do this. One of the most popular activities that students enjoy is learning to bake \u201cas Gaeilge\u201d.<\/p>\n<\/div>

During the course of the week, this camp covers a wide range of activities \u201cas Gaeilge\u201d.<\/h3><\/div><\/div><\/div>

Students compete for prizes during the week and the week finishes on a high note with prize giving after the X Factor final \u201cas Gaeilge\u201d of course.<\/p>\n

(The material used each week in the Irish Camp varies to keep it interesting for students attending more than one week).<\/p>\n

Students are grouped according to their class in primary school<\/span><\/h3>\n

(1st<\/sup>\u00a0& 2nd<\/sup>\u00a0classes) Wk 2<\/p>\n

(3rd<\/sup>\u00a0& 4th<\/sup>\u00a0classes) Wk 1 \u00a0Wk 5<\/p>\n

(5th<\/sup>\u00a0& 6th<\/sup>\u00a0classes) Wk 3 \u00a0\u00a0Wk 4 \u00a0\u00a0Wk 6 \u00a0\u00a0Wk 7<\/p>\n

All activities \u201cas Gaeilge\u201d are suited to the specific class groups<\/p>\n

Columbus Club Cancellation Policy:<\/b><\/span><\/h2>\n

Columbus Club will make a full refund in the event of a cancellation if an email or text is received three weeks before the start date of the week your child was scheduled to start the camp.<\/p>\n
