Week 2

Monday, 8th July – Friday, 12th July

  • In this workshop, students learn to cook a variety of dishes from various cuisines.
  • Students learn to cook Thai and Chinese dishes as well as Spaghetti Bolognese and various Pasta dishes.
  • Students work in groups to produce a variety of tasty chicken, beef and vegetarian dishes.
  • Students learn to bake different breads, pizzas, scones and apple tarts.
  • Students learn to bake a variety of cakes such as Victoria Sponge and Chocolate Cakes.
  • Students also learn to bake a range of muffins, cupcakes and a variety of cookies.
