This is a baking book for junior and teenage bakers. The baking books evolved naturally from discovering what students enjoy most when baking in Columbus Baking Club. The books are designed for primary school students and second-level students. They provide a step by step guide to baking a range of delicious treats. The books are complemented with our online baking classes showing students how to bake each of their favourite recipes.
We include recipes and classes on a range of recipes from Cupcakes, Muffins, Brownies, Rocky Road, Shortbread, Chocolate Cake, Apple Tart, Victoria Sponge and Lemon Drizzle to a variety of Macarons including chocolate, strawberry and pistachos.
