Our second baking book for junior and teenage bakers is an introduction to baking a variety of breads and bread related recipes.

Online classes are also provided to supplement the step by step recipes in the book.
Italian Focaccia Bread, Naan Bread, Margherita Pizza, Breakfast Muffins, Pizza Muffins and Lemon Poppy Seed Muffins are a flavour of what is presented to students in this book.

Waffles, Hot Cross Buns, Bread & Butter Pudding together with a range of traditional breads such as Currant, Soda and Treacle bread recipes are also included. We had to include our favourite mid-morning treat of scones, plain, cheese scones and of course homemade fruit scones.
